Let’s just rip the bandage off: custom items are final sale, babe.
That means no returns, no refunds, and no “I changed my mind” plot twists.

Exchanges? Also a no. We’re fabulous, not a fitting room.

Now, if we mess up, that’s a different story. If there’s an error on our end, we’ll reprint your order at no extra cost — because when we’re wrong, we fix it.

Want to offer Exchanges in your own store policy? Go for it, boss. But if someone needs a replacement because of sizing issues or personal preference, that little adventure comes out of your pocket.
